I registered for Peak Rewards air conditioining cycling on my heat pump in 2009. I can adjust the free programmable thermostat setting on line or by phone to the Peak Rewards office when we are away. The electric water heater switch is now available in Anne Arundel County but I had to call 888-309-7325 and get manager clarification on a BGE database error to get an installation appointment for the last week in June.
